CUBE Filter Replacement (HF)

Cube 1 (for Quooker Cube systems delivered before December 2021)

The CUBE is equipped with a Hollow Fiber filter. This filter removes any remaining bacteria from the cool sparkling and filtered water, thereby improving the taste and smell of the water. For hygiene reasons, the filter must be replaced every 12 months, regardless of the amount of water used.

Snooze

After 12 months, a sound and light signal will sound. This is a sign that the filter needs to be replaced. The filter is accessible under the slider at the top of the CUBE. The filter has instructions on how to replace it. The sound signal indicating that the filter needs to be replaced can be turned off for 72 hours. To do this, briefly press the red light button under the slider on top of the CUBE. During this period you can order a filter via quooker.nl

Replace filter

Once you have a new filter, you can replace the old filter. Under the slider at the top of the CUBE you will find the filter holder. Remove the filter holder from the CUBE by pressing the black button and pulling the holder upward. Now unscrew the old filter by turning it counterclockwise. Then screw in the new filter. Now place the filter holder back in the CUBE and push it firmly in place.

Reset

After the filter has been replaced, you can reset the timer to 12 months. To do this, press the button under the slider for 5 seconds. The CUBE will emit a sound signal and the red light will turn off. Now flush the CUBE for 20 seconds with filtered water and check that the filter holder does not leak.
