Pairing the Emotion control remote control.
If you buy a new remote control or have replaced the battery in your current remote control, you need to pair the remote control with your receiver again.
Follow these steps to pair the Remote Control Emotion Control AFB2.
- With a new remote control, remove the foil from the battery.
- Unplug the receiver from the power outlet and plug it back into the socket. Two things can now happen on the receiver. Either the blue control light is on constantly, or it flashes very quickly.
- Whether the light is flashing quickly or already on constantly, the next action is the same. Now press the blue control light with a pen or paperclip. The light will now burn constantly blue.
- 4Now hold the remote control close to the receiver and press the on/off button of the remote control for 5 seconds. If the new remote control is connected, you will see the blue control light flash quickly once. After this the blue light goes out.
The remote control is now programmed and you can use it. Unfortunately, we sometimes notice that it doesn't work perfectly the first time with pairing. You will need to repeat the steps.
If it still doesn't work after a few times? Then it could be that the receiver is defective. You can then no longer pair the remote control and need a new receiver.
