The tap is leaking and you want a new cartridge.
How to proceed.
- Check the order confirmation/invoice for the type number.
If you don't have this, proceed to the next step.
Search by brand- Check if there is a brand on the tap (usually on the handle or at the bottom near the base of the tap)
If there is, you can check what type it is (basin - kitchen - shower etc. tap)
Go to the tap parts page for the correct brand
Tap parts by brand- If you haven't found a brand and it's not a hardware store tap.
Then please send a photo of the entire tap and if possible also of the tap cartridge.
