For older Quooker systems with a serial number starting with C, CC or CP, followed by numbers, certain parts are unfortunately no longer available. This applies to, among others:
- 🔧 Interior of the reservoir
→ Quooker 31.201.00 COMBI interior - 🔩 Reservoir cap
→ Quooker 31.176.00 cap 7L COMBI
Without these parts, repair of the reservoir containing the heating element/interior is not possible, this also applies to the reservoir cap.
How do I know if my Quooker falls under this?
Check the serial number on the label of the reservoir (often installed under the sink). Serial numbers that start with C, CC or CP followed by numbers belong to older models from before approximately 2012.
