Quooker malfunction
If the light on the Quooker system flashes quickly, this indicates a malfunction. The advice is to reset the reservoir.
The Quooker reservoir can be reset by following these steps:
1. Turn off the reservoir by pressing the red 'Q' on top of the reservoir.
2. Unplug the power cord from the outlet.
3. Remove the plug connector from the red cap at the back
After 10 seconds, insert the plug connector back into the cap and plug the power cord back into the outlet. Press the red 'Q' to turn the reservoir back on.
4. Check, when the light is on continuously, whether hot water comes out of the tap after 25 minutes.
