Description
The Evoline Powerpoort Deksel Aluminium is the top part of an EVOline powerpoort for in your kitchen - the pop-up socket that you pull up out of your kitchen worktop. This cover is also known as the EVODA.

The cover is mounted onto the power column with a black plastic pin. Normally there's a spring between this pin, but please note: this spring is not included with this item.
The top of the cover has a very slight indentation. This shows you exactly where to press to open the flap. On the underside there's a raised circle with 2 holes, through which the pin is inserted to attach the cover to the powerpoort itself.
It can happen that your cover cracks or wears out - you'll often notice this because the black plastic becomes visible underneath the silver-coloured layer. With this replacement cover, you can easily repair your Evoline Powerpoort yourself, without having to replace the entire powerpoort.

Is the spring included with this cover?
No, the spring that sits between the mounting pin is not included with this item. You will receive the plastic pin and a manual though. If you still have a working spring from your old cover, you can usually reuse it.
How do you attach the cover to the powerpoort?
The underside of the cover has a raised circle with 2 holes. You insert the black plastic pin through these, which attaches the cover to the power column of the powerpoort. This is how you click the cover onto the base.
How do I know if this cover fits my Evoline Powerpoort?
Check the underside of your current cover: article number 4110432 may be printed there. The diameter of approx. 91mm is also a good check. Still unsure? Compare your broken or worn cover with the dimensions listed above.
Why has my cover turned black in some spots?
This happens because the cover is made of plastic sprayed with a silver-coloured top layer. When worn or damaged, the black plastic underneath that layer becomes visible. This is a sign that it's time to replace the cover.
What is the slight indentation on top of the cover for?
That slight indentation on top shows you exactly where to press to open or close the powerpoort's flap. It's a subtle but functional design detail, so you always know where to push.

Evoline is niet goedkoop, maar fijn dat deksel vervangen kan worden. Snelle levering en gelukkig ook inclusief uitleg over hoe te vervangen.
Bij het afbreken raakt vaak het kleine veertje kwijt. Bij de nieuwe deksel zit dat er niet bij. Zou voor het bedrag dat dit dekseltje kost wel mogen!
