Free shipping Orders from €99 are shipped free of charge within the Netherlands.
Track and trace Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code so you can follow your shipment. If you do not receive a track and trace code, the order will be sent by letterbox mail. You will usually receive the order the next working day. You do not need to be home to accept the delivery.
Delivery time Products listed as "in stock" on the website will be shipped the same working day, provided you place your order before 16:00 on working days. Whether a product is in stock is indicated on the product page above the 'Order' button. Unfortunately, due to high demand at parcel carriers, shipments may occasionally experience some delay. Postal deliveries can take even longer nowadays. Orders are shipped as a single package. No partial shipments are made.
