Grohe 47439000

The Grohe 47439000 is a thermostatic cartridge 1/2" that ensures the correct mixing ratio of hot and cold water in your shower mixer. This cartridge is used in various Grohe taps and regulates the temperature that comes out of your showerhead. If the cartridge stops working properly, you'll notice this immediately through fluctuating water temperatures.

If your shower temperature no longer gets properly hot or cold, you probably need a new thermostat. Leakage around the turn knob or a stiff-turning knob are also usually solved by replacement. If you're unsure, check the parts diagram to be sure which part you need.

When installing the thermostat, we recommend greasing the rubbers with tap grease first. This ensures smooth operation and prevents leaks after installation.
