Replace Quooker Fusion parts

  • Quooker internal mechanism fusion / Replace internal mechanism
    Do you want to replace the internal mechanism of a Quooker fusion faucet? Then I'm happy to help you further. Today we are replacing the internal mechanism of this Quooker faucet
    We need the following parts: Service set 31.183.00 Fusion Chrome after 2015. Let's get started quickly
    1. Turn the cold and hot water hose out of the faucet with the socket wrench
    2. Loosen the round nut with the supplied pipe wrench
    3. Use an Allen key to remove the black centering ring from the faucet
    4. Remove the faucet jacket by loosening it
    5. Turn the faucet lever off
    6. Unscrew it with an Allen key
    7. Use a 2mm Allen key to remove the LED cord from the groove
    8. Loosen the two bush nuts with the supplied Allen key
    9. Gently pull on the outlet to detach the top of the faucet. Warning! The boiling water hose needs extra help, it must be carefully pulled out. Also the dowel pins must remain in the bottom of the faucet
    10. Loosen the two screws next to the internal mechanism with the Torx wrench.
    11. Now you can remove the disk and cap that is on the internal mechanism
    12. Now you can remove the old internal mechanism
    13. Now place the new internal mechanism
    14. Place the disk and screw it back on with the Torx wrench
    15. Place the cap back on the internal mechanism
    16. Place the top of the faucet back on, making sure the boiling water hose and black cord fall back into their groove
    17. Screw the LED cord (gray with hook) back on with an Allen key
    18. Turn the two bush nuts back with the Allen key
    19. Now turn the faucet jacket back on
    20. Place the black centering ring back and screw it on with an Allen key
    21. Now you can turn the round nut back with the pipe wrench
    22. Place the cold and hot water hose back
    23. Now only place the lever back, first put the screw back with an Allen key, now you can turn the lever back
